ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales

● Must have experience in residential landscaping, sales, and design
● Ability to draw conceptual designs to scale, with accurate measurements
● Able to effectively manage 2 – 10 leads per month
● Sales experience and commission compensation structure: 10% 5+ years experience

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A or Class B Company Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and transportation of materials, equipment, and/or goods to designated job sites and on-site labor in-between loads.
Duties include performing pre-and-post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate driving records, adhering to all ADOT regulations, ensuring loads are properly secured and the ability to perform some manual labor.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to excellent customer service, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency on the road.

● Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
● Pick up, transport, and deliver materials, equipment, and/or goods to and from job sites and company facilities
● Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
● Ensure loads are properly secured and meet all safety standards
● Maintain accurate logs (when necessary), delivery tickets, and receipts of materials and goods
● Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly
● Flexibility to alternate between vehicle operation and physical labor responsibilities based on project needs
● Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and public
QUALIFICATIONS
● Class A or Class B CDL with clean driving record
● Minimum of 1+ year commercial driving experience preferred
● Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
● Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely in a variety of conditions
● Willingness to work on a commission-only compensation structure
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
● Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
PREFERRED SKILLS
● Experience transporting construction materials, heavy equipment, or landscaping supplies
● Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery areas
● Mechanical knowledge for minor truck maintenance or troubleshooting
