We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based compensation structure.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales

● Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

● Conduct sales presentations to customers

● Provide technical support and assistance to customers

● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

● Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and execute successful sales initiatives

● Provide regular sales funnel updates using CRM Management software

● Stay current on market trends and developments in the industry and provide recommendations for new products and services to meet customer needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

● Proven track record of success in sales

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

● Self-motivated and driven to succeed

● Willingness to work on a commission-only compensation structure

● Must have experience in residential landscaping, sales, and design

● Ability to draw conceptual designs to scale, with accurate measurements

● Able to effectively manage 2 – 10 leads per month

● Sales experience and commission compensation structure: 10% 5+ years experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

● Communication Skills: A Sales Representative must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to communicate with customers and other team members effectively and clearly.

● Sales Skills: Must have a strong ability to persuade customers and close deals. Should have experience in creating and executing successful sales strategies.

● Customer Service Skills: Sales Representative must have excellent customer service skills, be responsive to customer needs, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

● Product Knowledge: Should have a good understanding of the products or services they are selling. Should be able to answer questions that customers may have about the products or services.

● Relationship-Building Skills: Should have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. This involves being friendly, trustworthy, and attentive to customers’ needs.

● Time Management Skills: A Sales Representative should be able to manage their time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines. This is crucial for achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
